Payments and Checkout

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and procedures in our Return and Refund Policy.

Travvexa does not charge a restocking fee. No general restocking or return-handling fee is deducted from an approved refund.

For eligible returns based on size, fit, colour, style, personal preference, or another customer-initiated reason not caused by a Travvexa error or confirmed product defect, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping cost.

Travvexa will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping when:

  • The customer received an incorrect product

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product has a confirmed defect

  • The product is materially different from its description

Customers must contact Customer Support before mailing a return so that Travvexa can provide the return instructions and return destination applicable to the order.

Do not send a return package to our business address unless Travvexa Customer Support specifically confirms that address as the return destination.

Our commercial return policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights that apply to a purchase under applicable law.
